JL988 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

01 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on JL988, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the country.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary account suspension.
• You have not previously had an account permanently closed by JL988 for policy violations.

This includes government-issued IDs, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

02 Account Management
